The Overall Management of the Company vests with the Board of Directors comprising of persons with Experience in Business and Industry. The company has been built on high standards of integrity, fair business practices, efficient, safe and trusted Financial policies. The Executive Director under the overall supervision, control and direction of the Board of Directors looks after the day-to-day operations of the Company.
